Founded: 1997 by philanthropist Haji Muhammad Asghar Ghurki, GTTH started as a small clinic and evolved into a 650-bed charitable teaching hospital.

Registration & Accreditation: Registered under the Societies Act, certified by ISO 9001:2015, and accredited by Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC), Punjab Health Care Commission (PHC), University of Health Sciences (UHS), and College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).
